Historic Delfshaven is a neighborhood in the city of Rotterdam. It has a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages. In the 17th century, it was an important port for the Dutch East India Company and played a role in the Dutch Golden Age. The area also has historical significance as the Pilgrim Fathers started their journey to America with the ship "Speedwell" in 1620, before they continued from England with the ship "Mayflower".

Today, Delfshaven is a popular tourist destination, known for its well-preserved historic buildings and charming streets. A number of historic sites in this area, including warehouse the Dubbelde Palmboom, the Pelgrim Fathers Church, the Windmill, and the Brewery, which is located in a former monastery and offers tours and tastings for small groups.
